One of the displays was by Fifty Five South, a furniture company whose exhibition included a beautifully laid table featuring gold cutlery, amongst other accents, and touches of blue throughout. Fifty Five South produce opulent furniture that creates a luxury feel to any room. Their display was set out against a soft backdrop by Farrow and Ball.
Coach House was a display that stood out for the team. Furniture and accessories such as flowers, cushions, mirrors, clocks and designer sofas were featured at this stall; they even had a Christmas display as well! They presented their products in an experimental way that drew visitors in. Coach House is a Northern business which grew from a small bric-and-brac business that was located in a barn attached to a little pub. Their display certainly shows how far they have come!
One of the most beautiful displays there was by ForalSilk Flowers. Full of country cottage inspiration, a floral office and Christmas decorations, it took visitors’ breath away. They also featured floral dining displays featuring a range of flowers that climbed the walls and scattered the tables. Their ‘Christmas luxury’ was pink themed with hints of glitter that reflected beautifully in the light. The flowers poking out from the leaves of the Christmas tree reminded us of our tree flowers last year! FloralSilk is a family-run business who specialise in commercial projects.
The Spring Fair provided our team with a look at upcoming trends (Christmas included!) and plenty of inspiration, a great start to the year. Calico has lots of exciting projects coming up within the next few months, and the two events that we have attended so far has left us bursting with ideas.
