Whilst our designers are always on hand to help guide you with your interior choices, sometimes a little extra help is needed.
If you’ve got a project that’s a little on the larger side, maybe a new build that needs finishing from top to bottom, or you’ve a room that needs a complete overhaul - then we’d suggest using our full design service.
We know it can sometimes be a bit daunting taking something on of a larger scale, but working with one of our designers from start to finish we have everything you need - all under one roof - to create your perfect space.
Step 1
Let’s get to know you…
The first step is a free consultation at our Design Studio at Lambsquay House. Here, you will have a designated designer to chat through your needs, budget and what it is you want from your space.
If you’ve got images of your room, furniture that you’d like to keep, or any initial ideas – bring these along with you and your designer will chat them through with you. They will also look through fabric and wallpaper collections with you to understand your needs a little better and to pinpoint your tastes.
Our Design Service - Step by Step
Step 2
A visit at home…
If you’re happy to go ahead, then your designer will start work on collating samples and ideas. There is a design fee payable at this step.
Your designer will book an appointment to come and visit you at your home, where they will take measurements and talk through ideas and suggestions they have so far, as well as bring along samples of any suggested fabrics and wallpapers. This step is to make sure we’re on the right track and you’re happy with what we’ve put together so far and to make any changes if needed.
Step 3
Bringing it to life…
By now, your designer will have a pretty good idea of what you’re about and invite you back to our Design Studio to show you the final design. Here you will be presented with a samples board, mood board and furniture layout (and a visual of your space if requested), as well as a broken-down quote.
Your designer will run through the design and use this opportunity to make any final tweaks if needed.
Step 4
Let’s make it happen…
If you decide you’d like to go ahead with your design, we'll take payment as detailed on your quote and your designer will get everything on order.
Step 5
Install day…
On the day of installation, your designer will arrive with a fitting team and all those lovely items you’ve been talking and dreaming about.
Your designer and fitting team will take care of everything, ensuring that by the time they leave your space is dressed to perfection.
All you have to do is let us in, then sit back and relax with a cup of tea - we’ll take care of the rest.

£350 for the first room, £150 for each additional room
