Step 1 - Consultation
Your journey begins with a complimentary consultation at our showroom.
We'll discuss your project, lifestyle, budget and aspirations for the space. Bring along photographs, plans, inspiration images or details of any furniture you'd like to keep, and we'll begin exploring ideas together.
Our Design Service - Step by Step
Step 2 - Home Visit & Design Development
Once you've chosen your design package, your dedicated designer will visit your home to take measurements and gain a deeper understanding of the space.
We'll begin developing your design scheme, sourcing fabrics, wallpapers, furniture and accessories that suit your style and requirements.
Step 3 - Design Presentation
You'll be invited back to our showroom to view your completed design.
Depending on your chosen package, we'll present your floorplan, mood board and design concepts, along with 3D visuals for Signature clients. We'll also provide a detailed quotation and make any final refinements.
Step 4 - Ordering & Project Coordination
Once you're happy to proceed, we'll take care of everything.
Your designer will coordinate orders, schedules and suppliers, ensuring the project runs smoothly from start to finish.
Step 5 - Installation Day
This is where everything comes together.
Your designer and installation team will manage the delivery, fitting and styling of your space, ensuring every detail is completed to the highest standard.
All that's left for you to do is enjoy your beautifully finished home.
